Enter your purchase ID to download again (within 14 days of purchase). You'll find it in the PDF invoice attached to your Paddle receipt email, next to "Transaction:" — it starts with txn_.

Right after payment, your download button appears on the Purchase page. Paddle also emails you a receipt — your purchase ID is in the attached PDF invoice, next to "Transaction:" (it starts with txn_). Can't find the receipt? Check your Spam or Junk folder.

Closed the page? Enter your purchase ID in the box at the top of this page to download again. This works for 14 days after purchase.

Still no luck, or more than 14 days have passed? Contact us via the Support form and we'll resend your file.

Not sure how to load the MIDI file? Here's exactly how:

Double-clicking (or tapping) the file will not open it — this isn't file corruption, it's simply standard, modern MIDI behavior. Instead, open your DAW first, then drag the MIDI file directly into it, as shown below:

Having trouble opening files?

Your download is a single ZIP file of about 11.1 MB, so it normally downloads in seconds. Double-click the ZIP file to unzip it — you'll get a folder with all the MIDI files inside. On rare occasions, a network glitch can leave you with an incomplete download that won't unzip or open. If this happens, please just download it again.

Your software can't load the .midi file?

Simply rename the file extension from .midi to .mid, then try loading it again.
